BUG: Folder Monitoring Broken in 1.9.14

After updating, folder monitoring no longer works when creating files like screenshots, or moving files like drag and dropping. Closing and reopening Namequick will make them populate in the app for manual processing. Cutting or copying to a monitored folder will sometimes trigger automatic detection. This is consistent across 2 devices, m1 air and m4 air.
